Tom Ashburn has nearly three decades of planning, zoning, and land development experience. His diverse local government experience in Arizona, Wisconsin, Missouri and Florida enables him to offer high quality planning services on a wide range of land development matters. For over a decade in Florida, he has prepared applications and secured approvals for large scale map and text amendments to comprehensive plans in various jurisdictions, as well as text amendments to local land development codes and regulations. He has prepared expert planning analyses for over two-hundred (200) eminent domain cases throughout Florida for both the condemning authorities and private landowners. Mr. Ashburn has in-depth knowledge of Florida regulations and policies related to comprehensive planning, zoning administration, and land development regulations. Tom Ashburn has been qualified as an expert in Florida, providing expert witness testimony on land planning and development matters.

Daniel Brown has over two decades of technical graphic, GIS mapping and analysis, CAD and site design experience involving environmental, residential, commercial, and industrial land uses. His creativity and design skills have been invaluable in the preparation of multiple land use analyses and marketing media presentations. Mr. Brown’s qualifications and experience have also included general land planning and site development analyses, as he has been involved in many urban planning, zoning and eminent domain projects throughout Florida. Mr. Brown has worked with and has provided GIS analysis and design skills to hundreds of clients, including many public jurisdictions, law firms and private property owners.
